Stop Centre by creating ticket at One Stop Centre Helpdesk System (Help Topic : General Enquiry , Sub Topic: Student Matric Card Enquiry), including student details
(Name, Matric Number, Contact Number) for reference.

OR you can be walk-in to One Stop Centre (8.30am - 4.00pm) to collect the Matric ID and Souvenir (after 3 weeks of submission).
Should you need us to courier to you, kindly make a payment of RM10.00 for postage fee to UNITAR Jompay as below via your online banking i.e. MBB/CIMB/HLBB etc and email us the proof of payment for receipt acknowledgement.
