Please submit a scan copy of the photo (passport sized with colour and background blue/white) to One Stop Centre by creating ticket at One Stop Centre Helpdesk System (Help Topic : General Enquiry , Sub Topic: Student Matric Card Enquiry), including student details (Name, Matric Number, Contact Number) for reference.

After your matric card is ready, you will be notified through email OR you can be walk-in to One Stop Centre (8.30am - 4.00pm) to collect the Matric ID and Souvenir (after 3 weeks of submission).

Should you need us to courier to you, kindly make a payment of RM10.00 for postage fee to UNITAR Jompay as below via your online banking i.e. MBB/CIMB/HLBB etc and email us the proof of payment for receipt acknowledgement.

*Ref-1 (Student ID or NRIC Number)

*Ref-2 (Payment Details i.e. postage fee)

Kindly provide your T-shirt size for sourvenir.

1. Save/screenshot receipt as proof of payment.
